Head of Operations (f/m/d)

You will:

  • Map, create, and automate all of Home's workflows – through processes or design and code

  • Manage our external support agents

  • Ensure we deliver an insanely great customer experience

You work to improve:

Your past work shows:

  • Obsession for customer happiness

  • Excellent communication

  • Fast, timely, and high-quality execution

  • Experience with customer service tools e.g. Zendesk

  • Fluency in English and German
