Head of Operations

Housing is among our best tools to increase wealth and wellbeing. At Home, we are working to make it available to everyone. Our Head of Operations delivers exceptional support to the people who have access to better housing through Home today.

You will:

  • Create, map, and improve all of Home's current support processes

  • Own all support touchpoints with customers

  • Manage our external service partners

  • Scale the support function aligned to the companies growth plans

You will decrease:

  • Cost per active apartment

Your past work shows:

  • Obsession for constant improvement through data-driven analysis

  • A deep sense of ownership

  • Track record of successful completion of various complex projects

  • First-hand experience with customer service tools e.g. Zendesk

  • Fluency in English and German (C1)
