Senior Partnerships Manager (f/m/d)

You will:

  • Accelerate the acquisition of apartment inventory by developing and deepening our B2B partnerships

  • Represent Home in negotiations and B2B conferences, engaging with prospective partners ranging from international property developers to local housing corporations

  • Define and implement a business model to work with real estate agents

  • Implement and find new ways to catalyze growth and ensure that partnerships are optimized for long-term success

  • Build and execute best-in-class B2B sales processes

Your past works shows:

  • 3+ years of client-facing work experience in B2B sales, ideally in real estate or other fields with the long sales cycle

  • Experience in working with a sales CRM tool to efficiently input and track results

  • Experience with stakeholder management and negotiations at the C-level

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

  • Demonstrated hustle and grit to get through obstacles and the toughest of negotiations

  • Skilled at quickly forming meaningful connections

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in German; comfort with spoken and written English

  • First-hand experience in contract drafting and negotiations in real estate or another relevant field

  • Existing network within the real estate industry (not a must-have)
